Joyce S. Perry, The Income Maximizer, is the Founder and CEO of Focus International Enterprise (FIE). She is an inspirational speaker, the author of an inspirational dialogue called "Harvest Words," Ups, Downs, and Turnarounds: Your Blue Print for Success" and the co-author of “Releasing Strongholds: Letting Go of What’s Holding You Back”. She is the creator of the "Financial Success Seminars". She conducts workshops and seminars on topics such as: Diversity, Financial Success, Reaching Your Potential, Self-Esteem, Life Skills for Women, Leadership Skills and Men and Women Empowerment sessions. Ms. Perry is certified by The Professional Woman Network as a Professional Coach and Diversity Consultant.

Ms. Perry’s knowledge of business and professionalism is supported by working with schools, colleges, corporations, non-profit and charity organizations. She has over twenty years in the corporate arena which includes extensive knowledge in Leadership, Corporate Compliance, Quality, Administration and Risk Management.

Among her many accomplishments, Ms. Perry holds a Doctorate of Divinity, a Masters in Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Bachelors in Business Administration from Faulkner University and an Associates degree in Education from Troy University with a focus and a passion for personal finance. She enjoys traveling the world while educating and helping others to overcome life’s challenges and teaching “Kingdom Giving and Kingdom Living”. Ms. Perry radiates a super-charged, high-energy presence that immediately involves people and has them responding to her challenge to reach for the best within themselves! She delivers solid content and practical techniques that can be put to use immediately at work and at home.
